These Terms of Services govern the professional digital marketing and related services provided by SEO by Yoni FZC, a company legally registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Services.
2. Services Provided
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Monthly SEO services
One-time SEO audits
Google Ads management
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads management
TikTok Ads management
Website design and development
E-commerce setup
E-commerce audits
1:1 consulting
Mentorship programs
Fixed-price digital services
Monthly retainers
3. No Guarantee of Results
We guarantee professionalism, quality, and best practices in the execution of our services.
However, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or revenue.
Marketing and SEO results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, industry changes, and client cooperation.
For clearly defined deliverable-based services (such as website creation or audits), we guarantee delivery of the agreed scope of work, but not business outcomes derived from it.
4. Payments
All services require full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly services and retainers are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled according to Section 7.
Services will not begin until payment has been received.
In case of non-payment for recurring services, SEO by Yoni FZC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services after a reasonable period.
5. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable.
If a client changes their mind before work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
If work has already commenced, any refund may be reduced proportionally based on the work performed.
No refunds are provided for recurring services once a billing cycle has begun.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Provide necessary access to advertising accounts and platforms
Maintain ownership and control of their advertising accounts
Comply with platform policies (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Provide timely approvals and communication
7. Advertising Accounts
All advertising accounts must belong to the client. SEO by Yoni FZC manages but does not own client accounts.
If a client loses access to their account, it is their responsibility to restore access.
We are not responsible for account suspensions, restrictions, or bans imposed by advertising platforms.
8. Cancellations
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice.
For recurring services, a minimum 30-day notice is required prior to the next billing cycle.
Monthly services renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with this section.
Payments already made are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables such as websites and advertising creatives become the property of the client.
SEO by Yoni FZC reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
10. Limitation of Liability
SEO by Yoni FZC shall not be held liable for:
Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Search engine algorithm changes
Platform policy updates or account suspensions
Technical failures beyond our control
Third-party system outages
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may constitute a breach of these Terms.
The client acknowledges that digital services begin upon payment and are non-refundable once initiated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
